"The buffet was subpar, the morning staff not particularly on it in terms of cleanliness and setting tables. The food was just okay. Animation team did try to make it exciting. Spa offerings just fine. A mediocre experience at a mediocre hotel. Nickel and dimed for everything"

"The hotel and the property were very clean. Staff was nice and helpful. The food at the restaurant Turquoise was very good. We enjoyed the pool and the beach a lot. I would have liked to have water at my room everyday instead of buying it."
